A historic railway building reimagined for modern city life, Old Station Quarter brings independent fitness, recovery, creativity, speciality coffee, grooming and relaxed social spaces together beneath one characterful roof.

Old Station Quarter is an imaginative example of heritage-led regeneration. Inside converted nineteenth-century railway buildings at Unex House, a collection of independent Peterborough businesses has created a destination designed for far more than a single visit or purpose.

You might arrive for a boxing or strength session, stay for coffee and a meeting, book a recovery treatment or visit the barber or tattoo studio. That mixture gives the Quarter an all-day character rarely found in a conventional gym, café, bar or shared workspace.

Black & Bloom sits at the social heart of the development, serving speciality coffee, food, pastries and cold drinks. Its comfortable seating makes the café equally suitable for a quick stop, an informal meeting or a slower working session, and well-behaved dogs are welcome.

Training is led by Gentlemen & Rogues, with boxing classes, strength work and coaching in a premium gym environment. TMacLife adds physiotherapy, sports-injury care, rehabilitation and recovery facilities, including sauna, cold-plunge and contrast-therapy experiences.

The creative and grooming offer is equally distinctive. Gentlemen & Rogues Barbers combines traditional craft with contemporary styling, while Electric Workshop provides custom tattooing and piercing from experienced local artists.

A bar, lounge and flexible workspace complete the mix, creating places to meet, work or unwind. Rooted in Peterborough's railway heritage, Old Station Quarter demonstrates how an historic building can support contemporary wellbeing, creativity and independent enterprise.
