Fast rail connections place the city less than an hour from London, the A1 runs immediately beside Peterborough and the railway station, bus station, shopping district and historic centre all sit close together.

Once you arrive, much of central Peterborough can be explored on foot. Buses, cycle routes, taxis and the Green Wheel take you further into the city, Nene Valley, villages and surrounding landscapes.
